Objectives:
Promote the Grammy Museum’s Grammy Hall Of Fame Gala as a must-attend music industry event.
Promote inductees, performers, and event honorees to Grammy Museum’s audience.
Elevate the Gala online auction before, during, and after the event and across the United States to maximize bids and raise money for the Grammy Museum’s education initiatives.
Develop elevated and sophisticated digital and print materials.

My Role:
Assisted with strategy and execution of event marketing plan.
Assisted with digital and print graphics including inductee plaques, social media, event signage, tickets, menus, program book, museum signage, and more.
Strategized, planned, and executed social media ads across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google.
Built out emails promoting the event to targeted audience.
Worked with social media team to align on goals, oversee content creation, and ensure timely posting.

Results:
Gala seats sold out, making it a successful third year for the event.
Achieved an email average open rate of 38% and average click rate of 8%.
Auction ads received 100,000+ reach, 175,000+ impressions, and 8,000+ clicks.
Performer ads received 154,000+ reach, 222,000+ impressions, and 15,000+ clicks.
