Objectives:
Launch an integrated marketing campaign to reach fans both online and offline, utilizing fan demographic data and community outreach.
Raise awareness of the Grammy Museum and promote attendance to this special exhibit.
Establish this as a must-see exhibit with exclusive artifacts during a limited time.
Bring Selena’s story to one of her largest fan bases here in Los Angeles. This was the first time Selena’s personal items left her hometown of Corpus Christi, TX.
Deepen relationship between the Museum and the Latin population of Los Angeles and beyond.
My Role:
Assisted with strategy and execution of exhibit marketing plan.
Assisted with digital, print, and OOH graphics including billboards, posters, transit shelters, wild postings, flyers, postcards, museum signage, and more.
Strategized, planned, and executed social media ads across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google.
Built out emails promoting the exhibit and relevant news coverage.
Leveraged industry partners, such as AEG, for cross-promotion opportunities and giveaways.
Assisted in photoshoots and behind-the-scenes film capture.
Worked with social media team to align on goals, oversee content creation, and ensure timely posting.
Results:
An average of 153% increase in attendance for three consecutive months, the highest in Museum history.
6,100+ presale tickets sold, resulting in $100,000+ in revenue.
830,000+ impressions and 39,500+ unique clicks across digital ads.
