San Francisco Intersection for the Arts: PIVOT
While working as the Audience Development & Programming Specialist for San Francisco Intersection for the Arts, I conceived, developed, and presented two interactive webinars to kick off the organization’s “PIVOT” program. My first virtual program, “PIVOT: Demystifying Digital Strategy,” presented theories and best practices to those interested in learning how to better leverage digital platforms and analytics in their career. My second webinar, “PIVOT: Boosting Audience Engagement and Participation” took a deep dive into Wolf Brown’s “Arc of Engagement” model, with a focus on how unique encounters can be crafted to attract and retain audience members by managing their entire experience from the decision to interact with an artistic form lasting well into the future.
