Objectives:
Showcase the Grammy Museum’s Grammy Awards After Party as the must-attend post-Grammys music industry event.
Work with Recording Academy’s event branding to help produce digital and print materials.
Promote performers and sponsors to Grammy Museum’s audience post-event.
My Role:
Assisted with digital and print graphics including social media, event signage, museum signage, and more.
Oversaw contracted graphic designer for support on developing materials.
Built out emails relaying important event details to attendees.
Worked with sponsors and social media team to align on goals, oversee content creation, and ensure timely posting.
Results:
3,000+ Event Attendees
Attendee pre-event email open rate of 75% and click rate of 65%.
